The staff is super responsive. Especially Mariam and Manuel. They responded quickly to all of my questions and concerns. As a former hotel worker myself, it is important for me to know that the staff provides excellent service.

Room was very good, shower area was exceptionally great after a long drive. Parking for handicap and front doors that open automatically. We ate with our dog in the lounge area, which gave us comfort of not leaving him.

The front desk staff were excellent! So helpful and friendly. I love the dog-friendly policy for $20/pet. And the convenient location next to a shopping center with a supermarket. This is a clean, thoughtful property with an optimal location off the 15 for long-distance road trip travelers. Other bonuses: quality bedding, spacious, new rooms with seating area, quiet rooms, and high-end shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser in luxurious shower/bathroom.
